Service Cancellation
A $150 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all DPF cleaning appointments. This fee must be paid in advance via e-transfer and reserves your scheduled time slot, equipment, and technician availability. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice without additional charge (one-time courtesy reschedule only). Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the $150 booking fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full booking fee and may require a new deposit to rebook. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled or rescheduled at our discretion, and the booking fee may be forfeited. By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
